Not coming back down this year? We give members who joined before December 31st , 2007 the option to participate in our Rental Program.

If you’ve joined after December 31st , 2007, don’t worry- there’s still lots of ways to rent your weeks (please see below “Can I rent the weeks myself?”).

*How it works:*

Once rental members have joined the rental program, they simply let us know each year between January 1st and March 1st how many weeks they would like to enter as weeks for rent. We submit our weeks to our third party broker who packages them with the All Inclusive and sells them on. From this, you receive a $500 credit for every week if we rent them.

*How do I get my money if I rent weeks through you?*

Banking laws in Mexico have changed and we are not able to wire money to members outside of the country. Instead, we set up an account in the members name. When the member returns to any of our resorts, they can apply their credit towards their All Inclusive Fees or towards their financing. In situations where the member rents more than two weeks, members can choose to request cash for their rental.

*Are rental weeks guaranteed?*
No, we cannot guarantee your weeks will be rented.

*Do my weeks rollover each year?*
No, unused weeks do not roll over each year.

*Can I remove my weeks from the rental program?*
Once you’ve submitted weeks, you may remove these weeks should you require it, so long as the weeks have not been already rented. Simply contact the rental hotline at 011-52-998-881-7900 Ext. 12009 and follow the voice prompts.

*Can I rent the weeks myself?*
Of course. Several of our members rent their weeks to friends, family and business associates. It’s a great way to make sure they get used and to make extra money. Don’t forget, rental brokers can also be found on the internet simply by searching using the more popular search engine.
